Update on White House kitchen garden and USDA high tunnels program

Garden video from What’s Good in America: Nevada’s Urban Roots group constructs organic gardens and hoop houses for school lunches

WhatsGoodinAmerica | October 11, 2010 | What’s Good in America profiled 501c3 Urban Roots last Saturday who was working with Friends of Nevada Organics, parents, teachers, and students to build hoop houses to extend the gardening season into the winter. The school will use their vegetables in an organic school lunch.
