Program involves middle school students in rain garden installation

  | June 3, 2011  | An inspirational story of students participating and learning about planting a rain garden at their school. The McDougle Rain Garden project was directed by the Town of Carrboro with support from the North Carolina State University Stream Restoration Program and funded by federal grant, through the North Carolina Division of Water Quality.
