Native Plant Corps to deploy conservation teams across the U.S. this autumn

From a June 16, 2010, Student Conservation Association (SCA) press release:

In partnership with the National Park Service, SCA’s Native Plant Corps will train and deploy four- to five-person teams (one project leader and three to four corps members) during the 2010 fall season in order to promote conservation leadership by providing hands-on experience with field work and outreach exercises. There are currently four confirmed native plant project leader opportunities in the following areas [and more to be announced]:

• Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore
• Gateway National Recreation Area (Sandyhook, N.J.)
• Congaree National Park (South Carolina)
• Saguaro National Park (near Tucson, Ariz.)
