Agency agreement to provide habitat restoration

The sagebrush ecosystem, found amidst parts of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming, Alberta and Saskatchewan, has found protection in a new multi-million-dollar program. A partnership of agencies seeks to improve the habitat of these territories which have been altered by agriculture, urban development, and energy extraction/generation/transmission.
